Never make excuses for yourself when it comes to dropping excess pounds or keeping excess pounds off. There are way too many people that think that if they made it to a certain plateau, then they can begin slacking off again because they accomplished their goals.

There is nothing in this life that is going to last forever. If you keep this thought in your mind, then you will not stop doing the positive things you were doing when you dropped the excess pounds that ailed you. Instead, you will focus your attention on continuing on the right path to healthiness.
